We are pleased to provide state-of-the-art training for a state-of-the-art system. eVA training follows a blended learning approach known as "Learning as a Journey", which offers different types of learning materials through multiple methods, such as eLearning, Quick Guides, Virtual Instructor-Led Learning, Videos, and Guided Practice. Learning journeys give users the information they need to succeed using eVA in their daily jobs.
We are pleased to announce that VILT sessions led by the Division of Purchases and Supply (DPS) are now available to all learners. However, if you are part of an organization that has an authorized eVA trainer, please check with them prior to signing up for DPS-led sessions, in case your trainer(s) would prefer you to take a VILT session through your organization.
Please follow these instructions to sign-up for a DPS-led VILT session. It is important to note that you must complete ALL your self-paced training before the Learning Management System (LMS) will allow you to sign-up for a VILT session.
1. Log in to the LMS. If you are not familiar with the LMS, please refer to the How to access training tab.
2. After you have completed all the self-paced training in your learning journey, you will have the option to enroll in the VILT session(s) that correspond with your learning journey. Click on the Choose Session button next to the VILT session.
3. This will bring you to a list of all sessions. Click on the Enroll button listed under the session you wish to attend.
4. You will receive an e-mail confirming your enrollment with information about joining the session.
